A focused 8-week program designed to build strength and define muscle through controlled, intentional movement. All you need is two sets of dumbbells and Zoom.

How it works

  • LIVE, on-camera strength training for women 3x weekly focused on getting stronger and building muscle to support our bodies through life’s changes.

    • 3x 35min LIVE weekly Zoom classes at 6:30am CT, M/W/F

    • 8-week sprints with exercises that progress along with your strength and power.

    • Classes are live, but a recorded link will be sent out afterward for those who can’t join.

  • All you need is internet access and 2 sets of dumbbells: one light/moderate ( think: 8-10lb), one heavy (~20+lb).

  • The main thing online fitness programs lack is the accountability and community you get from an in person class. Visibility keeps us engaged as we all work hard together!

  • 8 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see and feel meaningful results, develop your skills and build lasting habits.

    Strength is always the core focus, but every eight weeks we shift the focus slightly to keep things fun, challenging, and effective.
