LIVE, on-camera strength training for women 3x weekly focused on getting stronger and building muscle to support our bodies through life’s changes.

3x 35min LIVE weekly Zoom classes at 6:30am CT, M/W/F
8-week sprints with exercises that progress along with your strength and power.
Classes are live, but a recorded link will be sent out afterward for those who can’t join.

All you need is internet access and 2 sets of dumbbells: one light/moderate (8-10lb), one heavy (20+lb).

The main thing online fitness programs lack is the accountability and community you get from an in person class. Visibility keeps us engaged as we all work hard together!
