Muscle mass is the key to longevity and a toned physique. Eterna programming is designed to help you build + maintain muscle from home, with the consistency and accountability of an in-person fitness class.
How it works
Each program runs for 8 weeks, with 3 live virtual workouts per week and weekly progressions to help you get stronger over time. 💛
Strength is always the priority, but every 8 weeks we shift the programming focus slightly to keep our skills fresh (muscle definition, functional strength, power, core stability, etc.).
